The Role

You’ll guide your team while collaborating closely with leadership to create consistency, trust, and exceptional resident experiences.

How You’ll Achieve It

• Oversee daily property operations from cleanliness and safety to vendor coordination and inspections.
• Lead and develop your team, providing clear direction, coaching, and accountability.
• Maintain accurate and organized records by reviewing leases, move-out reconciliations, renewals, and financial documentation.
• Support leasing and resident relations through collaboration and applying your experience, ensuring all communications are timely and professional.
• Manage collections and deposits in alignment with our financial policies.
• Walk the property daily to ensure safety, curb appeal, and maintenance standards are met.
• Uphold compliance across housing paperwork, audits, and reporting to ownership or lenders.
