Community Manager

The Role

Community Managers are the general managers of our properties — accountable for occupancy, collections, resident experience, and the team on site. You run the business end to end and see your decisions in the numbers every week.

What you’ll own

• Own the property's occupancy, delinquency, and renewal performance
• Lead, schedule, and develop the on-site leasing and maintenance team
• Run collections and keep the rent roll clean and current
• Be the face of the community for residents, vendors, and ownership
