As our HR Generalist at LSCRE, you'll own how great people join, grow, and move across our portfolio — from the first interview to the training that sets them up for their next role. LSCRE is a fast-growing real estate investment firm based in NYC, focused on acquiring and managing multifamily properties across Texas. We move quickly, hold a high bar, and rely on people who own the outcome.
What you’ll own
- Manage the full hiring and onboarding process end-to-end
- Interview and coordinate candidate scheduling with on-site leadership
- Deliver onboarding, orientation, and role-based learning paths
