What you’ll own

• Complete service requests quickly and to a standard you're proud of
• Turn units on schedule — paint, punch, and make-ready
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and equipment
• Rotate on-call coverage for after-hours emergencies

Who thrives here

• Hands-on experience across plumbing, electrical, appliances, or HVAC
• EPA / HVAC certification a plus, not a requirement for every role
