As our Accounting Specialist at LSCRE, you’ll play a key role in bringing clarity and accuracy to our day-to-day operations, working closely with a team that values ownership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement. LSCRE is a fast-growing real estate investment firm based in NYC, focused on acquiring and managing multifamily properties across Texas. We move quickly, hold a high bar, and rely on people who can dig in, resolve issues, and keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll own
- Bookkeeping and Opex reconciliations
- Accruals, prepaids, and journal entries
- Investigate & resolve:
- Company credit card transactions
- QuickBooks accounts
- Fee transfers
- Vendor portal issues
- Vendor credit card reconciliations
